1970s Italian Marcel Breuer Cesca Chairs – Set of 6

A beautiful set of 6 original Italian Breuer Cesca chairs with Wood framed seat and back with birds eye cane seat backs, cushioned seats and a chrome plated metal frame. This set is in very good vintage condition. Strong, comfortable set.

One seat cushion is in yellow, and the other 5 are in brown. All upholstery is excellent on the brown seats, and the yellow has some imperfections, see image. Cane looks very good on all chairs, one area of slight imperfection on one chair back, overall set shows very well. The yellow seat is slightly larger, with some small imperfections, and is different with buttons, still very usable but if you want them all the same, you could reupholster this one. Set greatly reduced for these reason ready for a designer to customize the seats–Or– for a reduced price, enjoy these chairs as they are, showing very nicely, sturdy and a very solid complete vintage set. Wood polish on the frames would benefit in being sanded and refinished at the time of reupholstering, finish is original. Can also be kept as is, depending on your preferences. A great opportunity for a complete set!
