19th century walnut enfilade from France. This entire piece is made from the most exquisitely grained and burl walnut timber we have had the pleasure to see! The top is miraculously figured and makes a statement all by itself. The top has beveled and molded edges as well for added design detail. The sides are made from single planks, which mirror the figuring on the top of the piece, and the front of the case has three drawers over three doors. The drawers have molded designs, which mirror the molding in between the lower doors. the doors are paneled and have gorgeous burl walnut central panels, as beautiful on the inside as on the outside! The doors open to reveal storage. The base is banded and the piece is supported on simple feet in the back and bracket feet in the front.
