Elmwood circular dining Table model T21D by Pierre Chapo.
After the war, he passed the entrance exam to the Beaux Arts de Paris in architecture. The classics, Greeks, Romans, the Bauhaus masters, Frank Lloyd Wright, Buckminster Fuller, Le Corbusier, Ludwig Mies Van der Rohe and many others inspire him. Returning from a trip to North America with his partner Nicole, they opened the Galerie Chapo Paris Vème in 1958. Alongside his first pieces of furniture, he exhibits decorative objects, lighting, crockery, ceramics and furniture of Scandinavian design.
