Armrests and straps with full grain leather. The chairs are in good original vintage condition with normal signs of wear and use. The chairs can ship assembled or disassembled at choice.
In 1933 designed Professor Kaare Klint his variation of the ‘Safari-chair’ with special attention to design a simple and portable easy chair. He was inspired by an English officer’s chair which he had seen in a travel book from Africa. Constructing a chair which could easily be disassembled and assembled without using any tools Klint maintained the field equipment purpose of the chair.
