Very rare copper limited edition PH3½-2½ floor lamp by Poul Henningsen for Louis Poulsen. Denmark, 2016.
These lamps were sold exclusively from October till December 2016 because of the celebration of the 90th anniversary of the PH three-shade system invented by Poul Henningsen in 1926. A unique possibility to own a really rare special edition which will only get more beautiful and valuable over time.
The PH3½-2½ floor lamp is made out of untreated polished copper and therefore the material will develop a beautiful and unique patination over time. The glass shades are mouth blown. This is a very elegant and timeless floor lamp with a lighting system which is very pleasing for the eyes because of the way the lightbulb is hidden behind the three shades.
A real gem.
