Vintage Design
Beautiful sculptural B082 lounge chairs manufactured by Moveis Cimo in Brazil in 1960. These chairs are bulky and yet playful, with a strong wooden frame made of Jatoba wood. The frame is like a square, and at each corner, there are thin tapered legs that hold up the seat. On the front and back corners of the frame, there are shiny brass squares with a cross stamped in the brass hardware that adds a nice touch. The chairs are upholstered with a soft olive-green velvet which gives them the soft appearance. Right where the seat stops and the back begins, there’s a nice wooden part in the middle. It’s like a special touch that makes the chairs even more interesting and unusual. The stitching has nice detailing as well.
