Rare 1960’s Mid Century Greaves & Thomas Davenport Put-U-Up Sofa Bed with original mustard gold Draylon velvet fabric in exceptional condition having regard to age and use . The sofa bed pulls out easily from the backrest to convert to a double bed with original metal leg frame and original padding and upholstery all in excellent condition . Sprung seat all in tact and a comfortable sofa and double guest bed. There are no unsightly marks imperfections, damage or evident repairs to note that affect the overall appearance or function. Immaculately clean and from a smoke free and pet free home with no unpleasant odours . The Sofa Bed is part of a Lounge Suite including a pair of armchairs which are available on a separate listing. Original teak tapering legs which are sturdy and solid with no breaks wobbles or damage /repairs to note. The fabric was d clean and any shading is due to the direction of brush pile to the drain velvet fabric.
